It would indeed be an indicator of Raam Raj, Heaven on Earth, 'when money and economy roll like the water on a river', said Raja Paul Potter, leader of the Global Country of World Peace for the domain of New York, USA. This is what happens, he said, when we are in touch with Raam—total Natural Law, at the deepest level of our consciousness: projecting a thought from that level where all desires are spontaneously fulfilled—money and economy roll like the water on a river in a direction of progress and fulfilment.

Raja Paul's eloquent remarks came during the global celebrations inaugurating the Global Financial Capital of New York, at 70 Broad Street in the heart of the financial district, on Raam Navami, 27 March 2007, under the rulership of Maharaja Nader Raam, the first sovereign ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, who is awakening Raam Raj in the hearts of the enlightened around the world.

By inaugurating the Global Financial Capital of New York, Raja Paul said, we are inaugurating that microcosm of all the cultures of the world, in an Invincible America with 2000 Yogic Flyers and Vedic Pandits flying together.

We are inaugurating the Global Financial Capital of New York in the heart of the United Nations, he said. This city is the most important point of international co-operation. Here, on the level of Unity alone, we can bring nourishment to every nation and make every nation invincible, fulfilling all the cherished goals of the UN.

We are inaugurating the Global Financial Capital of New York—a city which has been leading the world in that doctrine of hard work and the pursuit of material values; and we are restoring the long-lost wisdom of doing less and accomplishing more, doing nothing and accomplishing everything. Just thinking a thought at the deepest level of Natural Law, and money flows.

In this city which is leading the world down the path of risk in the hope of reward, Raja Paul continued, we are restoring to the world that long-lost knowledge of the eternal, inexhaustible treasury of consciousness—Atma—the Self of everyone, which is the real basis of abundance and fulfilment in life.

We offer with the Global Financial Capital of New York, he concluded, a firm foothold in the financial capital of the world from which to bring fulfilment to the new initiative announced today to establish the Global Financial Capital in 100 countries around the world—and from there, to eradicate poverty in every part of the world, to balance the whole world economy, to reconstruct the whole world to Heaven on Earth, and take the world economy, as Maharishi Mahesh Yogi said earlier in the celebration, from the world of fear to the world of the bold.
