As outlined in Part I of this series in yesterday's Global Good News, the Ministry of Finance and Planning of the Global Country of World Peace offers to the world a new series of investments through the Global Financial Capital of New York—particularly to those looking for the best use of their resources, with the aim of removing poverty in the world.

Dr Benjamin Feldman continued his presentation during a recent conference under the auspices of the Global Financial Capital of New York.

If Germany, he said, a country on the highest level of industrialization, can enjoy the introduction into its currency market of the new Development Currency of the Global Country of World Peace—the RAAM—then certainly all other countries at an equal or lower level of industrialization can implement a policy in the same way.

With that policy in place, the Global Country of World Peace will be able to cultivate unutilized land, and maintain health, wealth, and wisdom for everyone. These projects include organic agriculture, food that is grown without chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

The currency of the Global Country of World Peace is unrestricted in nature, and is available to support any treasury in the world that would like to make use of it. Dr Feldman announced that the Global Country has undertaken 'to eliminate the cruel nature of economy in the world today, where the extremes in poverty and wealth are huge'—but it is also very telling, that 'a country like Switzerland, where 50,000 dollars may be the income per capita, doesn't really have any natural resources; and countries in Africa that have tens of millions of acres of unused land with agricultural potential, may have 200 dollars of income per capita or even less.'

Thus, Dr Feldman said, 'it is very clear that the planning and creativity contained in the policies, programmes, and currency of the Global Country of World Peace, are the key to unlocking the plentiful abundance of Natural Law for the enjoyment of everyone in the world.

For the financial markets of New York, investors are invited to participate in a US$6-$7 billion global programme to build hospitals and schools. Along with the usual curriculum taught in high schools or universities, this programme provides the knowledge and experience of the level of total Natural Law to guide life in a problem-free, prevention-oriented spontaneous manner, to achieve anything that one desires.

Health care will provide satisfaction in terms of prevention of disease; and if disease occurs, will cure in a way that is devoid of side-effects, as is the situation today in world health care. Through health and education, the wealth in the equation of 'health, wealth, and wisdom' will also flourish. It will flourish directly for those who participate in the project: The project will pay the investment back, very comfortably, over 15 years with 7% interest. In addition, these education and health projects offer a yearly bonus of 15% of the profit to the investors until the investment is fully paid off.

The Global Country of World Peace feels that the project should not only remain on the high and dry business level, but it should have some warmth of human emotions, Dr Feldman said. The charitable nature of the project cherishes this attitude very much.

The programme has been developed to provide schools and hospitals in 110 countries of the world. In the first phase, over one year and in four such yearly phases, the Global Country will have opened enough hospitals to provide satisfactory health care to the whole world. In the initial phase 1000 schools will be built, each for 100 students.

Investors are being offered a programme of global magnitude. 'There is certainly enough money in the world today,' said Dr Feldman, 'and the Global Country of World Peace invites those with high vision and interest in the welfare of the world—those who are the natural well-wishers and who have a parental role in their wealth for the world—to take advantage of this most generous offer.'

'There cannot be peace in poverty,' Dr Feldman said. So from a tiny fraction of the wealth transacted daily in the world today, as an opportunity for those who would like to join hands and create a better world, the Global Country of World Peace has a broad outline of simple practical programmes for everyone to participate on their own level.
