Redefining the work environment through Maharishi Sthapatya Veda: Dr Jeffrey Abramson
by Global Good News staff writer

5 December 2008
Dr Jeffrey Abramson, partner in the largest 'green' real estate development company in the Washington DC area in the United States, spoke recently on Maharishi Global Family Chat about the award-winning Maharishi Sthapatya Veda office building recently completed by his company.
Dr Abramson said that the experiences of people now working in the building* express the 'intimate truth of the effects this building has on people, and shows the value of how important the work environment is. The more ideal it is, the better it is for business; the better it is for morale; and the better it is to reduce our health care costs, and a way of investing in people,' he said.
There are now 200 people working in the building. Dr Abramson said that in the new building he sees people he has known for a long time—'now they have a glow of happiness, saying that ''the building is so beautiful. I really love being here, and thank you for creating this building.'' '
Dr Abramson added that their use of the word 'beautiful' seems to have a 'euphoria' behind it, rather than just the word or quality 'beautiful'. There is something about the building that is elevating their hearts and minds.
The building has a cafe and fitness centre; tours are regularly given of the building. A lot of time is given to educating the public and those interested in office space about Vastu and Maharishi Sthapatya Veda. 'The best way to educate them is ''seeing is believing'',' Dr Abramson said.
Global Good News will feature a second article on Dr Abramson's recent presentation in the coming days.
