The Excellence In Action page of Global Good News is featuring this article about a new book, entitled Mastering Leadership Alignment: Linking Value Creation with Cash Flow, coauthored by Maharishi University of Management* MBA Director Dr. Andrew Bargerstock, in collaboration with business consultant Jahn Ballard, published by Business Expert Press.
Dr. Bargerstock noticed that courses in business strategy didn't provide a solution to bridge the gap between business planning and implementation, so he teamed up with Jahn Ballard, who has developed a systematic methodology for guiding organizations to higher levels of success.
