On 17 May 2007 The Seattle Times reported: During an interview which included the topic of his new book, 'Catching the Big Fish,' filmmaker David Lynch discussed Transcendental Meditation, a technique which he has been practising for over 30 years and which the article referred to as 'the source of his bliss'. In the interview, Lynch described how he first became interested in learning the Transcendental Meditation Technique while working on a film.
