The goal of the Foundation for Total Knowledge-Based Culture is to bring life in accord with Natural Law, so that all individuals uphold their own cherished cultural traditions while embracing all that enriches national life and promotes progress.

The Raj Rajeshwaris—Mothers of the World from the Sovereign Domain of Consciousness—recently presented the programmes of the Global Mother Divine Organization, the ladies' wing of the Global Country of World Peace, offered through five foundations.

The activities of the Foundation of Total Knowledge Based Culture include the establishment and administration of:
• Global Mother Divine Organization websites
• Global Mother Divine Channel (Channel 5)
• Global, national, and local celebrations & banquets
• Enlivening Vedic Culture as global culture
• Celebrating Vedic Calendar days
• Enlivening ethnic and indigenous cultural traditions
• Promoting the use of Mother Tongue
• Maharishi Sthapatya Veda Consultations.
