In danger of becoming the first nation in the world to be swallowed up by the sea, Tuvalu has teamed up with a Taiwanese eco-artist to raise awareness about climate change at the Venice Biennale. Taiwanese artist Vincent Huang's work in Venice conveys the idea that the fate of developing countries is closely linked with that of developed ones.
