As part of the implementation of Maharishi's Six-Point Programme to create a healthy, happy society, and peaceful world in every nation, the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is focussing on Consciousness-Based Education.

During the last few days, all 250 students and most of the staff at the Tulsi Manas Mandir school, a SWAHA (Society Working for the Advancement of Human Aspirations) Hindu School in Trinidad, have been receiving instruction in Transcendental Meditation.

On the first day of instruction, many of these students said that their initial experience was one of such relaxation and peace, that everyone should try it. In subsequent days, students reported a growing sense of well-being, a greater sense of enjoyment, more calmness and a great feeling of peace.

The peacefulness generated in the whole school environment will soon be magnified and radiate throughout the nation as, in a few weeks, the students will begin the advanced TM-Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying. Together with students at a second school in the region, they will comprise more than enough Yogic Flyers to create Invincibility for the country and the whole Caribbean.
