Argentina and Chile move toward invincibility through illustrious mayor and educators

Dr Jose Luis Alvarez, Raja (Administrator) of Latin America for the Global Country of World Peace, says that now 'invincibility is developing automatically day by day' through the leadership of a great mayor in Argentina, and great educators in Chile.

In Argentina, Dr Julio Pereira is, in Dr Alvarez's words, 'the Great Mayor of Florencio Varela', near the capital city of Buenos Aires. He is also the influential President of the 3,000-member Latin American Federation of Mayors, and President of the Argentinean Association of Mayors. Dr Pereira has laid the foundation stone for a Tower of Invincibility and Invincibility School on his land. He has also appointed a builder who has 'found the local resources' to build it. As Dr Alvarez points out, 'that procedure and that strategy which has been inspired, of having builders who organize the financing [to] build the Tower of Invincibility, could now quickly be replicated all over our countries on the basis of this success.'

Dr Antonio Alamo is Vice-Chancellor of the University of Arica in the very north of Chile, near Peru. Dr Alvarez says that Dr Alamo practises Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation 'and has understood the value of Transcendental Meditation and Consciousness-Based Education at the school; and 'now is leading a group of educators in that city and has decided to implement an immediate programme.' This is a 'complimentary-mandatory' course, for which students get full credit in another nearby school. It will involve 1,000 students immediately, with more to be added later in other city schools related to that university.

In Chile's capital, Santiago, another educator, Dr Carmen Montellano, has started Consciousness-Based Education for over 800 students at a linked school, the Lyceo, which is related to the UTM University.

Dr Alvarez commented on the very special leadership of the educators in Chile who are quickly raising the nation to invincibility.
