Consciousness Based Education finds enthusiastic reception in Turkey

'Turkey is waking up to Maharishi's programmes for invincibility,' reported Dr Ashley Deans, on the Maharishi Channel's Global Family Chat. Ambassador of Consciousness-Based Education for the Global Country of World Peace, Dr Deans recently visited Turkey and made several successful presentations to universities and schools throughout the nation.

Commenting on the receptivity and enthusiasm of the educators, he said, 'While I was speaking at one of the top universities in the country, Middle East Technical University, the audience was listening intently. Several professors expressed interest in incorporating Transcendental Meditation in the curriculum, and the chairman of the university was so inspired, he plans to visit Maharishi University of Management in Iowa, USA, and learn more about Consciousness-Based Education'.

In addition, Dr Deans was interviewed on national television and presented the knowledge of creating invincibility for Turkey through training at least 850 Yogic Flyers to meet the required number for Turkey's 71 million population. The talk was so well received that it was aired again the following day during prime time. Dr Deans commented, 'With Turkey's strategic location, we look forward to the rising coherence in Turkey bringing peace and invincibility to the entire Middle East'.
