Interest in Consciousness-Based Education in Tanzania, Swaziland, Seychelles

Potential for Maharishi's programmes is blossoming in several countries. An educational organization with schools in Tanzania and Swaziland is interested in Consciousness-Based Education; schools and a large conference for ladies will enjoy presentations on Transcendental Meditation in the Seychelles; and there may soon be two more Teachers of Transcendental Meditation in Nigeria.

Tanzania and Swaziland
Through the attention of a Raj Rajeshwari* of the Global Country of World Peace, an organization that runs schools in these countries is interested in Consciousness-Based Education. This is the first expression of interest in this area for some years.

This organization already upholds principles of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's knowledge, such as creating unity in diversity and maintaining cultural integrity, said Raja Bruce Plaut, Raja of Invincible Tanzania, Swaziland, the Seychelles, and Nigeria for the Global Country of World Peace.

Students at these schools could potentially create national invincibility for Tanzania and Swaziland.

Seychelles
In mid-march, a young Teacher of Transcendental Meditation, who is currently in South Africa, will be going to the Seychelles to give a presentation to a large conference for ladies. This was also organized through the attention of the Raj Rajeshwaris, said Raja Plaut.

The Transcendental Meditation Teacher will also meet with the new meditators who learned Transcendental Meditation last November. She may also make presentations to schools there, and open the possibility of very quickly creating invincibility in the Seychelles, Raja Plaut said.

Nigeria
The National Director, who is working to make Maharishi's programmes available in his country, may soon have the assistance of two new Teachers of Transcendental Meditation—two men who are interested in attending an upcoming Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course, Raja Plaut said.

* Raj Rajeshwaris—Mothers of the World from the Sovereign Domain of Consciousness—are the Administrators of the Global Mother Divine Organization, inaugurated in December 2007 as the ladies' wing of the Global Country of World Peace in 192 countries.
