Leaders in Consciousness-Based Education and Maharishi Ayur-Veda visit United Arab Emirates

Two international leaders of the Global Country of World Peace recently visited the United Arab Emirates, bringing the knowledge of Consciousness-Based Education and Maharishi Ayur-Veda health care; others will visit later this year.

A report on their visit, among other news, was given recently by Mahnaz Imami, a Teacher of the Transcendental Meditation Programme who is also an expert in Maharishi Ayur-Veda health care and a technician in Maharishi Rejuvenation Therapy (also known as Panchakarma).

Ms Imami is part of a small but dynamic group of Transcendental Meditation Teachers working under the enlightened leadership of Raja Peter Warburton, Raja* of the United Arab Emirates for the Global Country of World Peace. This group is also working with the Global Mother Divine Organization.**

Speaking on the Maharishi Channel, Ms Imami said that their first achievement this year was to establish the Creative Intelligence Consultancy (CIC), under which name they offer all of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's programmes. They now have a new website, www.tm.ae, through which people throughout the local area may make enquiries.

They recently hosted a very successful visit by Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace and President of Maharishi University of Management (M.U.M.), and Dr Ashley Deans, Global Ambassador for Consciousness-Based Education—both of whom gave presentations at universities and colleges to promote Transcendental Meditation and Consciousness-Based Education.

In December, Dr Fred Travis, Director of the Center for Brain, Consciousness, and Cognition at M.U.M., will visit Dubai to lecture on Transcendental Meditation and brain physiology at businesses and universities. Also in December, Dr Donn Brennan, a physician from Ireland who is trained in Maharishi Ayur-Veda, will offer Maharishi Ayur-Veda consultations and courses.
