Kenya: Global Mother Divine Organization reports achievements during Third International Congress - Part 2

The Global Mother Divine Organization* continued reporting on its many achievements in Kenya, on the final day of the recent Third International GMDO Congress in MERU, Holland.

Please see Part 1 of this article, which featured presentations on the benefits of the Transcendental Meditation Programme in education, health, total brain functioning, and world peace at the annual Kenyan Gotabgaa conference in Washington, DC in June.

The GMDO report on Kenya featured more activities of Daniel Kipsang Melli and his wife Hellen, Kenyan practitioners of Transcendental Meditation in Washington, DC, who helped organize the presentations for the Kenya conference in June.

Inspired by their visit to Maharishi University of Management in Iowa, Daniel and Hellen also started a very successful Transcendental Meditation project in their village in Kenya. Now over 300 students and parents there have learned the technique; and two courses in the Science of Creative Intelligence have been held with about 20 participants. The next step is to teach the advanced Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying. They hope to establish a coherence-creating invincibility group of Yogic Flyers for Kenya very soon.

In addition, 30 girls from the village are attending the Maharishi Secondary School for Girls in Mbale, Uganda. The parents are very pleased with how well the girls are cared for, and the education that is offered at this school.

There is also a girls' school in the Indian community in Nairobi where over 100 girls practise Transcendental Meditation daily in the school. The principal of the school is very enthusiastic about the project and wants to expand it to other schools.

Those who have been coordinating these projects and offering the Transcendental Meditation Programme for ladies and girls are looking forward to having two new lady Teachers of Transcendental Meditation in Kenya so they can officially establish GMDO.

They expressed appreciation for the Raj Rajeshwari* of Uganda, who inspired Daniel and Hellen Melli to learn Transcendental Meditation, and who was also involved in starting the school in Mbale along with the Raja of Invincible Uganda. They are now working together to bring invincibility to Kenya. They also praised the work of Dr Chris Crowell, Minister of Religion and Culture for the Global Country of World Peace, and Dr Ann Crowell for their constant attention and support to bring invincibility to Kenya and to all of Africa; and Raja Wynne, Raja of Invincible Kenya, for his support.

In the coming days, Global Good News will continue reporting on GMDO delegates' reports about their countries, as well as on other presentations during the Congress.
