Can Transcendental Meditation end school violence?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), youth violence is a public health crisis in the United States. The recent dramatic incidents of school violence are not the only events that are creating fear and trauma for our youth.

The David Lynch Foundation has a solution that's working. Over the past seven years funding from the Foundation has enabled more than 250,000 at-risk students at schools in the US and around the world to learn the Transcendental Meditation technique. The stress that is at the basis of violence and negative behavior in schools is significantly reduced through students' Transcendental Meditation practice.

A powerful short video produced by the David Lynch Foundation shows the good results in many countries through the introduction of the Transcendental Meditation program in schools.
