The Ministry of Religion, Culture and Language of the Global Country of World Peace is actively presenting Maharishi's Poverty Removal Programme to government, cultural, and civic leaders of emerging nations everywhere as a way to create economic balance in the world family—to create true affluence for every individual which will reflect that divine nature that they have inside.

Now every nation—not just a few, but all—are going to enjoy affluence and abundance in life. This is Maharishi's beautiful parental vision for our world—permanent peace based on the enlivenment of the full creativity of every nation.

Maharishi is proposing that those countries that are not wealthy take recourse to their unused land with agricultural potential to develop a higher level of economy. According to the United Nations Food and Agricultural Association there are more than one billion hectares of unused land in the forty poorest nations of the world. Even if half of this land could be cultivated to grow crops for export it would create the revenues to significantly reduce the poverty they now experience.

Countries that we have contacted in Africa and Asia have warmly welcomed this concept and expressed great pride that in the years to come their countries would be have the pious role of feeding and nourishing the entire world with delicious foods.

In our development programme all of the crops grown would be organic, produced free of the damaging toxins of modern agriculture. It is inspiring that as collective consciousness rises, the world is looking more and more for healthful foods and the market for organic crops is expanding dramatically with each new year.

We are offering to work with the nation in implementing a comprehensive programme to help them develop their unused lands, and identify what crops to grow, what equipment is needed and how to manage and market the products. We are offering them support in every area from our global level with the knowledge of Total Natural Law in all of the programmes of the Global Country of World Peace and its global presence throughout the world.

The implementation of the farm project will not only provide more employment at higher wages but also will include construction of new villages with good homes, schools, and clinics all built according to the principles of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda—architecture and planning in accord with Natural Law to connect individual life with cosmic life—for good fortune for the individual and society.

With greater affluence in the local economy mothers will not have to work outside of the home but can nourish the forthcoming generation with love.

Young people will be able to attend schools that will be established as part of the development project. In this way we are not just helping develop the nation's economy but the creativity and intelligence, the total brain potential of its citizens—the greatest resource of the nation. Further, every student, as they rise to be a Yogic Flyer, will be generating, as part of their school day, a powerful influence of harmony and peace in society—an integrated national consciousness the basis for national invincibility and permanent world peace in the world family.

These projects will be financed using the RAAM—the Global Development Currency of the Global Country of World Peace—that will act as a catalyst to spur development in the less wealthy countries. Already, we have the example of the RAAM in eight countries of the European Union, including Germany, where it is circulating side by side with the Euro.

Countries that would like to enjoy more prosperity may use the RAAM to finance all aspects of the organic crops for export. The RAAM, for example, could be used to pay wages to the farmers, to purchase seed and equipment like tractors, to build houses, and to pay any other expense of the development project.

After two or three crop seasons, when the organic crops have been sold in the international market, abundant revenues in currencies like the Dollar, Yen, or Euro will have come to the country so that RAAM may be retired if so desired. So in this way, the RAAM will act as a catalyst to unfold the nation's unused resources, to stimulate the creativity of the land and the people, and raise the quality of life of all citizens to an ideal level.

No government should feel poor when it has the global support of the RAAM to develop its economy. The Global Country of World Peace—with its treasury founded upon the infinite creativity of Natural Law and in its global parental role for the world family—is offering to remove the lack in any country's treasury and help it quickly achieve sustainable prosperity and balance in world economy.

This gift of Maharishi to the world that is coming through the development programme of the Global Country of World Peace represents the opening of the gateway to a new fortune for all mankind. We warmly welcome every nation to quickly enjoy the rise of abundance, peace and progress for their people and for the world—a heavenly life on earth for every generation to come.
