Vedic Agriculture promotes sequential unfoldment of the intelligence of the plant

During a recent Global Press Conference on Unified Field-Based Agriculture, Dr John Konhaus, Raja (Administrator) of California for the Global Country of World Peace, presented underlying principles and practical applications of Maharishi Vedic Agriculture—one of the seven programmes of the Global Financial Capital of New York.

Vedic Agriculture produces fully nutritious and vital food that contains the total value of Nature's intelligence, Dr Konhaus said. Dr Konhaus explained principles underlying the cultivation of such nourishing food.

The first principle underlying this science, he said, is the principle of sequential unfoldment, which is seen in the simple, eternal cycle of the diverse parts of a tree converging into a hollow seed and re-emerging again as a tree.

At every stage of the cycle, from tree to seed to tree, the intelligence of the Unified Field is present.

'If we want to create Vedic food for Vedic physiology and Vedic consciousness, we need to be able to handle the plants in such a way that we can bring this fundamental field of intelligence [the Unified Field of Natural Law] into play as the life of the plant is transformed,' Dr Konhaus said.

The way to achieve this, he said, is through the Vedic procedures of agriculture, including Vedic performances by Vedic Pandits.

'We're going to bring Vedic intelligence from the silent level of the Pandits' awareness [the level of pure consciousness, the Unified Field] into a reverberant sound, . . . to use that sound as an embodiment of the Vedic intelligence to affect the growth of the plants—to encapsulate, to embody Vedic intelligence into the food—so that when we take that into our physiology we create a Vedic physiology.'

Echoing an earlier part of his presentation, Dr Konhaus said that this is 'Vedic food for a Vedic physiology'—that can promote thought, speech, and action that are totally in accord with Natural Law.
