Maharishi's illuminating address on the global celebration of Prime Minister Dr Bevan Morris's birthday

On 3 March 2007 the Global Country of World Peace celebrated the birthday of one of its greatest and most illustrious leaders, Prime Minister Dr Bevan Morris. His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country, gave a beautiful address on this auspicious occasion.

Maharishi described Dr Morris's role in the global administration of Maharaja Nader Raam, first sovereign rule of the Global Country of World Peace. Maharishi said that Raja Raam administers from the level of deep, self-referral silence—Brahm, Totality—where total Natural Law is lively and is administering the infinitely diverse universe.

Maharishi explained that someone must serve as a vehicle radiating that silence into the world. 'That intelligence, which is dynamic, but connected with silence, that is the reality of the Prime Minister of Raja Raam,' Maharishi said. 'Silence radiates silence', and this is the comprehension of the Prime Minister.

Maharishi also mentioned Dr Benjamin Feldman, Finance Minister of the Global Country, and Dr John Hagelin, Minister of Science and Technology, both representing total Natural Law, who are like the two hands of the Prime Minister.

Maharishi said this is a beautiful setup of Nature's functioning, where every impulse of Cosmic Intelligence in the administrative domain of Raja Raam immediately germinates, because Dr Morris is so intimately in tune with the inner silence—unbounded, so completely absorbed, one with the silence, global Raam Raj (administration of life on earth through awakening of the total intelligence of Natural Law).

This is the 'wonderful functioning of total Natural Law' in Raja Raam's administration, Maharishi said. 'The whole history of the Veda sings the song of this administration, miraculously perfect, silence functioning. And when silence is functioning, when silence is administering, then the administration is a continuum, a continuous ... Unified Field, through all little bits of diversity, all unified.'

Maharishi said that in this global celebration, 'total Natural Law is rejoicing, is expressing itself as a human voice to relate the reality of its transcendental Being. Silence speaks and from where is the voice heard? The Prime Minister, completely supported by silence.'

Maharishi commended Dr Morris's work on one of the many projects worldwide under his attention—Central University, a university of Total Knowledge that is being built in the Brahmasthan (geographical centre) of the USA. Maharishi said that Dr Morris would ensure that this university will have all that is necessary to train a very high level of leadership in the field of administration.

Maharishi praised the Invincible America assembly, also under Dr Morris's daily guidance, which Maharishi credits with inspiring the creation of Central University. 'I congratulate the American Invincibility group (More), flying every day, and deeply one-pointed in making a connection with the transcendental field of consciousness as a daily surface of life..... It is their influence nurtured day by day by the Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace that is raising the world consciousness,' Maharishi said, so that an institution can be established to train the leadership in the world on a high level of efficiency—and thus the whole administration of every country will be 'a successful administration, unlike the administrations of the past ages. All that is being done under the direct guidance of the Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace.'

Maharishi also expressed appreciation to Dr Morris's mother, for the warmth and nourishment which have shaped the Prime Minister into such a great world leader—'fortunate Prime Minister for the fortunate world, nourished on one side from the silence of Raja Raam, and on the other side warmth of the great fortunate mother'. Maharishi wished for her to know what a source of pride Dr Bevan Morris is in his 'guiding the world to a very high level of efficiency, of dignity, of freedom, of invincibility', and that her 'blessings have come a long way and may she continue to bless us all' through Dr Morris.

Maharishi concluded by wishing that the Prime Minister 'live long to shape the destiny of all mankind to a very proud, full level of reality. You have all the blessings of Guru Dev*. Go ahead and bless the world with glory to Guru Dev.'
