Raja Lucien Mansour is the Raja (leader of the Global Country of World Peace) of Belgium and the French-speaking countries of the world, and is a man with great purpose.

Raja Lucien has also been flooding the Belgian media with information about Maharishi's programmes, with more and more articles appearing in the press. For example, an article about TM in a health magazine, declaring that TM has been shown to reduce cardiovascular diseases, recently appeared.

Under the constant attention of Raja Lucien, Belgium is being transformed from a society full of the problems and suffering that have afflicted all nations, into an invincible nation, where peace and prosperity reign.
