On 28 March during the three-day, global Vedic celebrations of Raam Navami and global administration through Natural Law, Dr John Hagelin, Minister of Science and Technology of the Global Country of World Peace, delivered a very direct message to all the military leaders and military intelligence of every country.

Dr Hagelin told the world's military leaders that this is a crucial time to upgrade the very foundations of military science to a new science of defence that will render any country invincible—no matter how small or how large or what the threat of international intervention or terrorism.

Any country today can rise to invincibility. How is this possible, and what is new in the field of science and defence that can now bring such unprecedented results in national security and invincibility?

Even the mightiest nations today are without security, no matter how big the military or how massive the military expenditure, Dr Hagelin said. Even the most powerful countries in the world are in constant fear of terrorism, electronic missile technology, or weapons of mass destruction against which there is no conventional defence.

In this precarious state, what new knowledge has arisen so that any country can quickly and cost effectively rise to true national invincibility, which is the ultimate level of national security.

That discovery of modern science, which provides a whole new foundation for defence in any country, is the discovery of the Unified Field. This 'superstring field'—in the language of the unified quantum field theories in modern theoretical physics—is a million times more fundamental and more powerful than the nuclear force.

Access to and the application of this fundamental Unified Field can bring any nation to a state of invincible strength, Dr Hagelin said.
