Robert Schneider, M.D., director of the Institute for Natural Medicine and Prevention, recently made presentations on the Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health(sm) at Harvard Medical School and the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey.

Both schools initiated discussions for future collaborative research with the Institute for Natural Medicine and Prevention.

Dr. Schneider believes that the invitations from prominent medical institutions, which have long been aware of the University's research, represent a breakthrough in terms of his duties as National Minister of Health for the Global Country of World Peace.

Harvard Medical School's Division for Research and Education in Complementary and Integrative Medicine and their Osher Institute sponsored Dr. Schneider's presentation as part of their education and research seminar series for faculty, fellows, and staff.

The Institute for Complementary & Alternative Medicine at UMDNJ featured Dr. Schneider in their Distinguished Lecture Series, which invites internationally prominent leaders in the field of natural medicine to present to faculty, students, and staff as part of their education and research programs.

Dr. Schneider, a graduate of UMDNJ, summarized the 40 approaches of Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health(sm) under the categories of mind, body, and environment, including Maharishi Vedic(sm) architecture, the Maharishi Effect, and the Maharishi Jyotish(sm) program.

'When I was a medical student at UMDNJ, I was promoting Maharishi's approach to health and was considered avant-garde at the time,' Dr. Schneider said. 'But now they have institutionalized natural medicine and invited me back to represent the latest version of this prevention-oriented knowledge.'

According to Dr. Schneider, it is an indication of Sat Yuga that modern medical institutions are beginning to appreciate and are asking for the knowledge of health that is coming from Maharishi University of Management in a scientifically validated framework.
