The knowledge of Vedic Vibration Technology (introduced in Part I of this article) has been restored in its completeness by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in his Vedic Science, the science of consciousness, which is the Total Knowledge of Natural Law available in ancient Veda and the Vedic Literature.

For thousands of years, Veda and the Vedic Literature have been held to be the expression of the Total Knowledge of Natural Law, the expression of the inner intelligence of Nature that maintains and evolves human life and the life of the universe. The Vedic sounds contained in the Veda and Vedic Literature are fundamental vibrations that structure the material universe, including the human body.

One important finding of these theories is the principle that a tender impulse can transform chaos, or disorder, into order. Maharishi Vedic Vibration Technology uses this principle: through a tender impulse of Vedic vibration, pain is transformed into a feeling of pleasantness; abnormality is transformed into normal physiological functioning, and the inner intelligence of the body is enlivened in order to revitalize its physiological expression.
