Dr Bevan Morris addresses the Inauguration of the Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems Training Course

'Maharishi Mahesh Yogi spent so much time thinking about what would be the perfect medical education, and the ideal medical centre—where people could go for relief of any suffering and for the prevention of any illness. The result is a curriculum and a design for all the programmes that can be offered in Maharishi Centres for Perfect Health, that is so sublime and comprehensive, so effective and so useful not only to our generation, but to all the future generations of the world.'

These were the comments of Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, addressing the inauguration of the Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems Training Course now in progress in MERU, Holland.

On behalf of Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, Dr Morris welcomed everyone watching worldwide over the Internet to the International Capital of the Global Country of World Peace, and to the Brahma-Sthan of Maharishi's house, where he lived for ten years.

Dr Morris congratulated all the Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems course participants for being pioneers in this very important field. He also congratulated the Minister of Health of the Global Country of World Peace, Dr Rainer Picha, and the Deputy Ministers, Dr Walter Molk and Dr Keith Wallace, for all the great developments of that Ministry for the health of the world.

Also lauded were Dr Joachim Roller and Iris Roller, 'who have been guided to this moment of offering this extremely valuable knowledge,' Dr Morris said. 'It was all there in Maharishi's own design for how to produce perfect health and relief of suffering for everyone on earth.'

The perfect medical education and the ideal medical centre were 'an enormous topic of Maharishi's attention with the Health Ministry' in recent years, Dr Morris said. The result, as in Dr Morris's words above, is a curriculum and design 'so sublime, comprehensive, effective and useful—not only to our generation, but to all the future generations of the world.'

Dr Morris explained that in all doing all this, Maharishi was expressing his deep, personal enthusiasm, desire, and great Sankalp [intention] that the world should have no suffering from disease or from any other source. 'But especially he was thinking: Let's not have anyone in the world be sick anymore.'

Maharishi was looking to everything he could do for the world, Dr Morris said, and that was the criterion he used for designing the Maharishi College of Perfect Health, and the hospitals and other centres of perfect health. He was thinking what could he do to help, and 'clearly he decided very strongly that Light Therapy with Gems, as brought to him and developed under his guidance by Dr Joachim Roller and Iris Roller, was an essential feature of the total package for the perfect health of the world.'

This therapy is obviously something very powerful, Dr Morris commented, and easy to administer to people, with all positive effects, inducing 'order into the physiology through the orderly structure of the gems and the light that is the light filling the creation.

'This is a very powerful technology,' Dr Morris said, 'and it is so fortunate that it has now come to light.'
