Decreased blood pressure through Transcendental Meditation compared to other techniques

A meta-analysis* of 17 published studies on stress reduction and blood pressure found that only the Transcendental Meditation Programme had a statistically significant impact on reducing high blood pressure among hypertensive subjects.
