Ayur-Veda is the world's oldest and most complete system of natural health care. Maharishi Ayur-Veda is a comprehensive, prevention-oriented approach to health care based on Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's revival of Ayurveda, the traditional system of natural medicine in India. Ayur-Veda, or 'Science of Life', includes knowledge and technologies to restore health from the levels of mind, body, and environment.

TRAINING PROGRAMMES
The International Maharishi AyurVeda Foundation (IMAVF) offers training courses and advanced seminars at Maharishi European Research University in the Netherlands.
In North America, Maharishi University of Management offers online and in-residence degree programmes and courses in Maharishi Ayurveda.
