France investigates reports of babies born without arms in rural areas

On 31 October 2018 Reuters reported: France has launched a nationwide investigation into why some two dozen babies have been born without hands or arms in a handful of rural areas since 2,000 after several new cases were reported this week, the health minister said on Wednesday (31 October). A separate investigation has also been opened into reports that calves and possibly chickens have been born without limbs in the same three heavily agricultural areas, an official told Reuters. Global Good News service views this news as the failure of modern health and environment systems. Such 'flops' highlight the need for more intelligent, evolutionary, Natural Law based, life-supporting systems.

Epidemiologist Emmanuelle Amar, who first revealed the birth defects in Ain, told Reuters the only thing mothers of the affected babies had in common was that they lived in cereal-growing areas amid fields of corn and sunflower.
