A Vision of Enlightenment: First Global EEG Training Conference announced, 4-6 December 2009

Dr Robert Keith Wallace, Deputy Minister of Health of the Global Country of World Peace, announced the First Global EEG Training Conference, 4-6 December 2009, in MERU, Holland.*

The seminar will be conducted by Dr Wallace, who is recognized as the pioneering researcher in the neurophysiology of higher states of consciousness, along with leading brain researchers Dr Fred Travis** and Dr Alarik Arenander.*** (Dr Arenander will connect via teleconference.) Attendees will learn about a new portable EEG machine, and how to present a live demonstration of the dynamics of total brain functioning, seen during the practice of the Transcendental Meditation Technique.

Conference schedule:
Friday, 4 December
The morning session will provide foundational knowledge about EEG patterns and brain coherence.

In the afternoon session, participants will learn about the equipment—a cap, electrodes, and an EEG machine 'about the size of a lady's handbag'. Developed by a Dutch company—a world leader in medical research equipment—the Bluetooth wireless system displays easy-to-read visuals on a nearby computer. The battery-operated system can be used anywhere, regardless of electrical supply. The company will customize the equipment to be significantly less expensive than standard EEG machines, yet very reliable and simple to use.

In the Friday evening session, Dr Travis will present the most recent studies on total brain functioning, and will discuss applications of the portable EEG equipment for presentations of the Transcendental Meditation Technique.
