It is a joy to announce that the Guru Purnima celebration in MERU, Holland will be broadcast by the Maharishi Channel satellite and by live video streaming on the Internet on Tuesday, 11 July. In the Vedic Calendar, the full moon day in July, called Guru Purnima, is traditionally dedicated to honouring the ancient Vedic Tradition of India, the most ancient traditionĀ of Total Knowledge on earth, of which His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi is today the living spokesman.
The celebration with His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, His Majesty Maharaja Raam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, and the Ministers and Rajas of the Global Country of World Peace, is likely to begin at approximately 11:00 Central Europe time (4:00 AM US Central time). However, we advise you to please check the Maharishi Open University website for possible time changes at http://www.mou.org.
