Since the full moon in April, 400 Governors and Sidhas of the Global Country of World Peace have been assembled at the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in MERU, Holland. They have come from all over Europe and are being trained personally by Maharishi to make their own countries invincible upon their return home after the assembly. Many positive changes for Holland are taking place during the assembly.

At present, the assembly is creating invincibility for Holland, since 400 Yogic Flyers flying together in one place is the 'Super Radiance' number required for the 16 million citizens of Holland.

Signs of Holland rising to invincibility, through the assembly of 400 experts trained in the science and art of creating coherence through Maharishi's Technologies of Consciousness, are seen in today's reports from the press.

- The press reports that a large political party in The Hague plans to install a 'meeting meter' in the assembly hall of the town council, which contains all the gross hourly costs, plus overhead of all participants. In this way, everyone will be able to see at a glance how much each meeting costs. This should lead to more conscientious and efficient meetings.

- Dutch and Canadian scientists have discovered how human DNA recovers from damage caused by ultraviolet radiation—for example, from the sun. Ubiquitine, a small protein, protects and repairs the human genetic material. The protein isolates the damaged area, and sticks to it like a protective bandage. Then the healing mechanisms of the human cell can restore the damage, the press reports.

- The press reports that the Netherlands Health Institute NIGZ has asked all Dutch breweries, cafes, hotels, and supermarkets to participate in a fund that is designed to improve the local alcohol usage policies against alcohol abuse. They hope to collect €10 million over a period of four years.
