Since the full moon in April, 400 Governors and Sidhas of the Global Country of World Peace have been assembled at the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in MERU, Holland. They have come from all over Europe and are being trained personally by Maharishi to make their own countries invincible upon their return home after the assembly. Many positive changes for Holland are taking place during the assembly.

At present, the assembly is creating invincibility for Holland, since 400 Yogic Flyers flying together in one place is the 'Super Radiance' number required for the 16 million citizens of Holland.

Signs of Holland rising to invincibility, through the assembly of 400 experts trained in the science and art of creating coherence through Maharishi's Technologies of Consciousness, are seen in today's reports from the press.

Financieel Dagblad: 'Dutch consumer regains confidence' - Consumer confidence rose from 2 to 4 points on the index in August. 'Last three months we have a stable picture,' according to Head Economist of the Central Bureau of Statistics, and the improvement in comparison to last year is significant. Last August the index was -27. Consumers were more positive about the economic climate in the coming twelve months, from 18 points in July to 23 points in August.

Financieel Dagblad: 'Budget R industry EU grows considerably' - European companies expect to increase their research and development budget by three per cent per year for the coming three years. This is a reversal of the previous trend. These R growth rates are at par with US investments. Holland is seen as the fourth most favourite country in which to establish R activities.

De Telegraaf: 'Operation-Kafka against too many regulations' - National Convention—an expert advisory committee to the government—says the government should organize an 'Operation-Kafka' to defeat the multi-headed monster of bureaucratic excesses.

De Telegraaf: 'Less tax for volunteers' - One other remarkable recommendation from the National Convention group is that volunteers who offer their free time to the fire brigade, sports club, or community work would receive a tax deduction. The group thinks this will enhance the efforts of citizens to help society. They also recommend that employers should have a similar policy, whereby, they receive fiscal compensation if they allow their personnel to do volunteer work during working hours.
