His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi announced today that a new dawn for a new age has come, on the basis of 40 countries in the world having a sufficient number of experts in Yogic Flying, capable of producing the effect of invincibility for their nation. Fifteen of these 40 countries have established the permanency of invincibility through the permanency of finances necessary to support the groups of experts in Yogic Flying in their nation. More countries are rising day by day to join these first nations in the creation of Heaven on Earth.

'The Constitution of the Universe is now open to the governments of the world in the language of the Vedic Literature, the eternal language of the whole creation and the constitution which governs every nation today. All manmade constitutions are being blessed today with the open door of the total Constitution of the Universe. Total Constitution of the Universe is going to reign society, is going to unify all nations on earth, and Thy Will be done on earth as in Heaven, which mankind has been desiring and declaring and wishing to be a reality of life on earth, will now be a reality of life on earth.
