26 January was the 26th day of the seventh month of Canadian national consciousness rising to invincibility, as indicated by the following press reports:

The Globe and Mail - Climate concerns now top security and health (26 January 2007) Anxiety about environmental change has climbed so quickly within Canadians' consciousness that it now overwhelms terrorism, crime, and health care as society's greatest threat, says a Globe and Mail/CTV News poll taken between 11-14 January.

According to the poll, 26 per cent of Canadians say the environment is the most critical issue facing the country, up from 12 per cent in July, and up from 4 per cent one year ago. By contrast, health care was chosen by 18 per cent of voters, terrorism by 6 per cent and crime by 3 per cent. On the issue of the Kyoto Protocol, 63 per cent of respondents say the country should continue to try to achieve targets under the accord, to which Canada is a signatory.

Canadians are also surprisingly bullish on the size of the contribution their country can make toward reducing global warming, Mr. Gregg said. The poll found that 44 per cent believe the country could play a significant role.

Canadian Press - Charest urges Canada-EU free trade (26 January 2007) Quebec Premier Jean Charest says he wants a free-trade deal between Canada and the European Union. Charest said he has already promoted the idea to Prime Minister Harper and his provincial counterparts and has received a positive response. The Quebec premier wants to tap the economic potential of the European market, which has 450 million consumers. He also says an accord would ease the exchange of workers between Canada and Europe.

The National Post - Strong economy prompts Dodge to hold interest rate steady (25 January 2007) Bank of Canada Governor David Dodge said Statistics Canada data may be underestimating economic output. Mr Dodge said national output or gross domestic product is difficult to measure at the best of times and many countries are constantly revising their figures—most often to the upside. 'So right at this point in time, the judgement would have to be that there is some likelihood there is actually more output there,' Mr Dodge said.

Other measures of the economy, including an unemployment rate at a 30-year low of 6.1 per cent, a surge in hours worked, and business surveys showing optimism and labour difficulties, would suggest stronger output.

The Globe and Mail - Dodge rejects inflation concerns (26 January 2007) Alberta's hot inflationary pressure is surprisingly well contained, and there's little threat it will spill over into the rest of the country, says Bank of Canada Governor David Dodge. 'We've been pleasantly surprised,' Mr Dodge told The Globe and Mail in an editorial board meeting yesterday. When the central bank saw wages rising steadily at the beginning of 2006, it expected the momentum to continue and spread, Mr Dodge added. But instead, wage pressures dissipated in the latter half of the year.

The Calgary Sun - Breaching the barrier (25 January 2007) Internationally-renowned quantum physicist Dr Wolfgang Tittel has joined a team of University of Calgary researchers who are working to develop secure quantum encryption technology that could someday provide uncompromised online protection for everything from Internet banking to medical records. Tittel said quantum encryption technology holds great promise for information security because the security codes are carried in bundles with a particular configuration. If these bundles are disrupted during transmission, they re-configure and the information immediately scrambles, said Tittel, who was recruited by the U of C's Institute for Quantum Information Science.

These are a few of the news reports reflecting Canada's rising invincibility from the growing Yogic Flying groups across Canada and the Invincible America Assembly at Maharishi University of Management and Maharishi Vedic City.
