Maharishi explains how Total Natural Law administers the Global Country of World Peace through its global ministers

During a global celebration on 3 March, His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, reflected on the perfect administration of Maharaja Nader Raam, first sovereign ruler of the Global Country. Raja Raam's administration, Maharishi said, conducted through the activity of Prime Minister Dr Bevan Morris and other enlightened global Ministers, expresses the perfect administration of the government of Nature, Total Natural Law.

Maharishi said that Total Natural Law is lively in the deep reality of self-referral silence, which is Brahm, the Totality, and intelligence, which is dynamic, but connected with silence; and this is the reality of the Prime Minister of Raja Raam.

'Every word of today's celebration', Maharishi said, 'is a projection of Total Natural Law, the self-referral Unified Field, Shivam shantam advaitam—infinite silence'—where Total Natural Law in its concentrated, unified state is spontaneously administering the infinitely diverse universe. Maharishi said that this deep silence radiates through infinity, through all space and time, in order that everything grows in nature.

Maharishi recently praised Dr Morris as 'a genius of the human race who will make all countries invincible'. Commenting in this celebration on the administration of the Global Country, organized in 12 time zones around the world, Maharishi said that the Prime Minister will see that in absolutely the most natural way, every country is administered from the level of that perfection which belongs to the administration of the Constitution of the Universe, the totality of Natural Law.

In this way, Maharishi said, the Prime Minister is enlivening the 'Total Natural Law of Raja Raam's existence, of Raja Raam's breath, of Raja Raam's desire to see his subjects all floating in bliss.' Maharishi said this is a beautiful picture of 'how the silence of Raja Raam is becoming a practical reality of the Prime Minister and his other Ministers, an absolutely unique structure of administration.'

Maharishi also praised the rapid progress in developing plans for the new campus of Maharishi Central University in the Brahmasthan (geographical centre) of the United States in Kansas. 'Every day I hear from the Prime Minister all about the construction,' he said. 'No aspect is left out. In 50 colleges first-class men of every generation will gain Total Knowledge.'

During the celebration, Dr Morris expressed his profound gratitude for the gift of Total Knowledge of Natural Law from Maharishi, and for the fortunate opportunity to serve the Global Country under Maharishi's guidance, which flows from Cosmic Intelligence itself. He also expressed the desire that 'every nation should be ruled by Total Natural Law and crowned with invincibility, that suffering will no longer be experienced, and bliss will be rising in waves in the experience of every soul in this world.'
