16 March was the 16th day of the ninth month of Canadian national consciousness rising to invincibility, as indicated by the following press reports:

16 March 2007

Canadian Press - National net wealth more than $150,000 a head last year: StatsCan (16 March 2007) Canada's net worth, the value of the country's non-financial assets less what Canadians owe abroad, hit $4.9 trillion, or $150,500 per capita, at the end of last year. Statistics Canada says the country's net worth expanded by $131 billion, or 2.7 per cent, in the last quarter of 2006. Much of the gain came in the rising values of homes. On a year-over-year basis, national net worth jumped 9.3 per cent last year, well above the 5.7 per cent growth in 2005.

Canadian Press - The greening of Campbell and Schwarzenegger (15 March 2007) BC's Premier met with California Governor Schwarzenegger and the two leaders started to map a strategy for a green summit this spring in BC. 'California and British Columbia have a chance to act together and hopefully create some real continental momentum behind these greenhouse gas reductions and paying attention to climate change as an issue of urgency,' Mr Campbell said. He said they discussed developing a formal agreement to tackle problems like reducing vehicle exhaust emissions and promoting greener West Coast ports, as well as BC's proposed hydrogen highway, which envisions the highway from BC to California accessible to hydrogen-fuelled vehicles by 2010, with hydrogen fuel filling stations along the way. The Premier has invited Gov Schwarzenegger and the other Pacific Coast governors to British Columbia to develop a green Pacific Coast Collaborative from Alaska to California.

From a Globe and Mail report on this: California, British Columbia unite on climate (16 March 2007) BC Premier Gordon Campbell met with California Governor Schwarzenegger and proclaimed a future green partnership in fighting global warming. The leaders agreed that it was essential to press forward and not wait for leadership at the federal level. 'He clearly sees British Columbia as a real partner in moving the continent towards a greenhouse-gas reduction strategy,' said Mr Campbell. 'It's a fact that climate doesn't pay any attention to borders.'

The Globe and Mail - $6-billion light-rail network to transform Toronto (16 March 2007) Toronto announced a 120-kilometre light-rail network, crisscrossing the city along major avenues in dedicated lanes that would attract almost 70 million new riders, and transform Toronto, the Toronto Transit Commission said.

From a Reuters Canada report on this: Light rail transit is proven to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in urban areas, Toronto Transit Commission Chairman Adam Giambrone said.

From a Toronto Sun report on this: The TTC's plan would reduce congestion and smog, TTC Chairman Giambrone said. 'The LRT is cheaper to build than a subway and is environmentally-friendly with no emissions.'

Canadian Press - Canadian farmers asked to participate in environmental survey (15 March 2007) About 20,000 Canadian farms will be surveyed this month about their environmental practices. The government wants to learn more about how farmers use manure, fertilizer and pesticides, as well as about their land and water management. Agriculture Minister Chuck Strahl says the government wants to help producers farm in the most environmentally responsible way, and the results will help improve and create environmental farm policies and programmes.

Canadian Press - Canadian, Danish scientists develop peaceful co-existence over Hans Island (15 March 2007) As diplomats wrangle and soldiers plant flags, scientists are pointing the way to peaceful co-existence over a disputed rump of rock in the High Arctic known as Hans Island. Colleagues from the University of Toronto and the Technical University of Denmark are co-operating on a joint weather station on the world's shortest undefended border. 'There will either be joint flags or no flags,' laughed University of Toronto physics professor Kent Moore.

These are a few of the news reports reflecting Canada's rising invincibility from the growing Yogic Flying groups across Canada and the Invincible America Assembly at Maharishi University of Management and Maharishi Vedic City, USA.
