At the concluding session of the three-day celebration of Raam Nomi, Raja Harris Kaplan, leader of the Global Country of World Peace for the domains of Canada and India, paid tribute to the great Vedic Pandits of India. Raja Harris described the Maharishi Vedic Pandits as 'the glory and pride of all their ancestors in the past, and the hope of the world for all generations to come'. He thanked the Pandits for their performance and for their dedication to the understanding of the totality of Natural Law, which they had gained from His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and His Master, Shri Guru Dev, His Divinity Swami Brahmananda Saraswati, Shankaraycharya of Jyotir Math, Himalayas.

Raja Harris referred to Maharishi's beautiful discourse after the Vedic performance of the Raam Nomi Puja, as, 'the most marvellous feast of delicacy, Komalangam'.

He described Maharishi's words as 'Mahavakyas' (great enlightening words of the Master), and said, 'This granting, this bestowing of the honor of listening to these revelations, is unprecedented in the history of recorded time. It is the great privilege of all our lives, of everyone who is listening... And to be able to express to us this knowledge of word and gap, of counch and bell, of mathematics and language, of Angas and Upangas, of moving and unmoving, of Kriya Shakti and Gyana Shakti, of nouns and verbs—and to have taken us to the point at which we reflect on this in terms of the blessings of our own long experience in the programmes given to us by our own Guru Param Para (Vedic Tradition of Masters)—is certainly the most great marvel of our own individual lives.'

Raja Harris invited comments from Dr Vernon Katz, eminent Sanskrit scholar and distinguished guest of the Raam Nomi celebrations at MERU, Holland.

Dr Katz said that the celebrations of the life of Sri Raam had reminded him of the life of Maharishi. '... And the life of Sri Raam has three sections to it; childhood when he was with his Guru Dev, Rishi Vasishtha, and then the years of travel... and then the final part when he ruled, and we had this Heaven on Earth, where there was no suffering at all. And I think with Maharishi there are certain parallels'. Dr Katz referred to Maharishi's earlier life with Guru Dev, then to his world travels in structuring his global organization in every country, leading on to the founding of the Global Country of World Peace which is the foundation of Heaven on Earth today.

Dr Katz, who had worked with Maharishi on his commentary to the Bhagavad Gita, described Maharishi's 'cosmic vision', saying: 'He is able to actually see the mechanics of how the world can be changed, not just on an individual level but on a cosmic level. And not just to bring Enlightenment to people, but also have it expressed in the world so that crops will be on time, everything will work... And it is just such a cosmic thing to see that you need all these numbers of people doing their programme, and then to lay out all these structures necessary to convert inner bliss to a concrete level. All this Gandharva Veda, Sthapatya Veda, Jyotish. All this he has laid out. There is no one who has this vision'.
