Lebanon rising to invincibility, as presented by Mr Ziad, Founder of Invincibility for Lebanon

Lebanon is planning a beautiful new project for achieving permanent peace, prosperity and invincibility—to radiate this influence to the whole Middle East region—through the establishment of an Invincibility School where the students practice Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme as part of their curriculum.

To implement this much needed project, suitable land is being acquired for a girls' school to be built according to the principles of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda—Maharishi Vedic Architecture.

During the past months, many sites have been searched and evaluated for their suitability in terms of the principles of Vedic Architecture—location, environment, cost, etc. After a long and thorough search, ideal land has been located in a quiet and pleasant area away from noise and pollution, and surrounded by beautiful green areas. The land is also not very far from Beirut. That will allow many students to come to the school without having to travel long distances.

Following is a brief description of the land:
Location: approximately 25 kilometres south-east of Beirut Area
Altitude: 850 metres above sea-level
Nature of the land: Thick pine forests on a slightly inclined hill with a beautiful plateau overlooking the Barouq mountains in the distance towards the east. The formal procedures for acquiring the land are in good progress and in one week the land should be available.

Lebanon lies at the junction point between three continents, namely: Europe, Asia, and Africa. Maharishi once described Lebanon in terms of the 'transcendental Gap' which is the field of all possibilities. Lebanon could also be seen as the gateway between East and West, and between North and South. For that reason, coherence and harmony in Lebanon are very much needed to harmonize the tremendous differences and diversities that Lebanon lives as a daily reality.

Lebanon's population is about 4 million, with population density of 400 people per square km and has residents from almost every country of the world. This tremendous diversity concentrated on a very a small area of the earth adds to the necessity of harmonizining the differences through a very much needed coherence-creating group. The required group size is 200, and plans are in progress to establish a permanent group of 200 experts in Yogic Flying to practise together morning and evening. The best way to fulfil this requirement is to build a school for at least 200 students and introduce these powerful tehnologies of consciousness to the students as part of their daily routine.

The land found, richly forested with pine trees, is an ideal location for building 2 schools (one for boys and another for girls) for a total of 400 students to ensure double the required number as a safety factor. In addition, the plan is to build a Maharishi Vedic Spa with 100 rooms that could be used for residential courses.

A second piece of land, about 940 metres above sea level, is also a ideal and has been generously offered by Dr Omar Hamza (former long-time National Leader of Maharishi's Transcendental Mediation Movement for Lebanon). Dr Hamza has generously offered this land for construction of a Vedic Medical College.

We wish all success to the Meditators and Teachers of Transcendental Meditation in Lebanon, and its National Leader and Founder of Invincibility, Mr Ziad, in establishing invincibility for Lebanon and through Lebanon, the entire region.
