Dr Morris comments on the positive influence of Maharishi's addresses to the Invincible America Assembly

Speaking from the Invincible America Assembly, in Iowa USA, which is having a powerful and positive influence on US national life, Dr Bevan Morris, the Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace commented on Maharishi's enlightening addresses to the Assembly.

Dr Morris said 'Under Maharishi's guidance we are having the opportunity to listen to the experiences of the Invincible America Assembly.... Maharishi has made some very special addresses to the Invincible America Assembly—very highly enlightening from the standpoint of Brahmi Chetana [Unity Consciousness]—that Maharishi gave in response to the quality, the level of experience of the group.

'At a certain point [Maharishi] felt he was able to speak out things that he had been wanting to say for 50 years, but had never been able to say.... So he gave these talks and everyone there listens to them over and over again ... the most special talks, and the effect of it is remarkable. .... When listening to Maharishi again and again, you go deeper and deeper into understanding everything he said. ... People now experience the totality of what Maharishi says to them—the sound of it, the words of it, the gaps between the words of it, every aspect of it, is one powerful force that awakens within them the very experiences that Maharishi is talking about.

'Of course, the [basis] of that is their long periods in the transcendent, continuing in their long Yogic Flying practice with the big group.... Then, when they hear the words of Maharishi ... it tunes the whole thing in the direction of Brahmi Chetana so beautifully.

'The experiences that are coming out are deeply moving to hear. Anybody who has been there will say that even setting foot into that atmosphere where eighteen hundred or more people, including the most enlightened people of the entire world are flying together, and where Vedic Pandits are invoking all the Devatas day by day by day, and flying together in bliss: ''Just to breathe that air is so intensely delightful.''

'It is just moving to experience that feeling that is there, that divine air that is being created. So that, in itself, is a marvel. But when you hear Maharishi speaking, and then you hear the response of everyone there to those precious pearls of wisdom, that perfection of wisdom from the level of Brahm itself, the voice of Brahm ... what you hear is people beginning to live on an extremely divine level.

'There are so many experiences ... but so many times what is happening now is that they are awakening in their experience from just having transcendental silence—like being in a cave of silence—to that cave being filled with light, and a sense that they are in the presence of the light of God.... People describe it in so many different ways ... even though for many it is so supreme, it is beyond speech—Yato vacho nirvatante—as Maharishi says, 'that from which speech returns'.

'One of the most important and impressive things about it is—people say ''I was having experiences, very nice experiences, for these twenty years, twenty-five years, and then I was here for two weeks, three weeks, and it was continuing in that nice direction ... but then SUDDENLY this amazing thing happened to me. This experience [is] like nothing I have ever experienced before.'' Every sound of their voice just tells you that it's real—that they have had an experience on that high level of Madhuchchhandas, as Maharishi calls it—they have had that awakening.

Dr Morris said that 'one experience, just [an] example, was of ''walking along in the night, and then seeing the starry night and feeling that the extent of me is not my body—the body being just like an abstract field of consciousness, of golden light—and then the extent of what I am [is] ... the extent of the sky and all the stars. The experience was ''I am infinity walking.'' '
