Dr Emanuel Schiffgens, Raja (Administrator) of Germany for the Global Country of World Peace, reported on plans in that nation for the upcoming celebration of Guru Purnima on Sunday, 29 July—the very auspicious full-moon day in the Devic Calendar on which, every year throughout the world, the tradition of Vedic Masters is honoured, as the source of the supreme knowledge Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has brought out in this generation to transform the world to enlightenment and invincibility.

Traditionally also during this event, each country of the Global Country of World peace recounts its accomplishments for the preceding year and plans for the coming year.

Leaders in Germany are planning how they will find, inspire, and honor the first 200 'Founders of Invincibility'—well-wishers of peace and invincibility who will contribute EUR 50,000 in the form of bonds to finance the programmes of the Global Country of World Peace in Germany.

One sign of support and rising positivity in the country is that their Veda Park near Hannover, where they plan to build for 1,000 Vedic Pandits and 200 German Yogic Flyers, has doubled in value. Also Dr Schiffgens reports that their Raam Raj radio station is now broadcasting Total Knowledge to the whole country. Further, th Global Country of World Peace in Germany now has established its own Global Financial Capital, and will soon have its own television station.

Five pieces of land have been purchased, using the Raam as currency, for their first five Invincibility Schools. Dr. Schiffgens sees the Raam as the greatest boon of this past year, and is planning how to make it a real currency throughout the country.

Finally, after much research, the group decided to celebrate the memory of all the royal kings of Germany by celebrating the birthday of Raam, the real original king of the land. They found that 'Raam' is part of the name of 192 German cities, indicating that it is, and has been from ancient times, an important part of the whole country's heritage. So they will honor the German kings by honouring this traditional celebration of Raam Navami every spring to make Raam Raj a reality in Germany.
