Good news statistics from Holland for 2006: Economics

Dr Paul Gelderloos, Chief Minister of the Global Country of World Peace for Holland, reported on several governmental, statistical indications of rising national consciousness in the field of economy, resulting from the Invincible Holland Assembly.

The economy rose in 2006 by 2.9%, approximately twice as much as in 2005. Central Bureau of Statistics, Press release PB07-010, 13 February 2007.

Unemployment decreased to 380,000 in 2006. It was the first time in three years that unemployment was under 400,000. Unemployment decreased by an average of more than 11,000 persons per month. De Telegraaf, 16 February 2007.

The confidence of CEO's of middle sized companies went from 27 in 2005 to 44 in 2006 according to a Trend meter Index developed by the research company Motivaction. It was the highest level of confidence ever measured. De Telegraaf, 2 July, 2007.
