Introducing the Global Celebration of Guru Purnima from Vlodrop, Holland, on 29 July 2007, Dr Benjamin Feldman, Minister of Finance and Planning of the Global Country of World Peace, said that for the last 50 years Guru Dev's* blessings for the world, through Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, have been bountiful. They have resulted in the very embodiment of silence—the transcendental ruler, established in himself, Maharaja Nader Raam.

Dr Feldman said that established in himself, established in the Self of everyone, in the lively silence with the lively potential of dynamism—on that level which is invincibility—Maharaja Nader Raam is an invincible administrator who is giving rise to invincible administration. 'It is from this level of reality for the world,' said Dr Feldman, 'as the sun rose today, Maharishi was able to bless the first country in the world to celebrate invincibility, to celebrate the ground-breaking and foundation stone of 192 Towers of Invincibility in 192 countries around the world.'

'And it is a great joy that, as the sun progressed, it went to the country of our dear Prime Minister, the birthplace of the illustrious Dr Bevan Morris, Maharaja Nader Raam's Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, where his dear mother and the Mayor of the birth town of our Prime Minister, with the message of the Premier, broke the ground for a Maharishi Tower of Invincibility, very aptly symbolizing the gift of invincibility for 192 countries of the world.'

Dr Feldman said that Dr Morris had blessed the occasion from the other side of the world where, in the company of Dr John Hagelin [Minister of Science and Technology of the Global Country], he was enlivening the financial capital of the world in New York, to give to 192 countries the practical gift of invincibility.

'Throughout the day, the discovery of the Unified Field from the field of modern science will pay homage to the gift brought by Dr Hagelin to the world. We will pay homage to the blessings of Guru Dev. We'll pay homage to the invincibility that is the practical gift for 192 nations of the world today,' Dr Feldman said.

'Throughout the day, as the sun moves with the blessings of the chanting of the Vedic Pandits from India, the 192 countries of the world in sequence will be breaking ground and laying foundation stones for beautiful towers of invincibility, celebrating the endeavour of the founders of invincibility in that country to crown the nation with invincibility.'

Dr Feldman said that from today, Vedic chanting from India—the reverberations of silence which are creating that reality of world peace for the entire world—those reverberations are being transmitted by the modern means of communication through three channels available to the world from the land of the Veda.

'Throughout the day, from morning till sunset in every part of the world, Puja to Guru Dev, homage to the Vedic tradition of Masters, can be enjoyed even on the surface of life through the Internet on the Maharishi Channel available in every country, for every family, for every individual, to have the blessings of Guru Dev, every day, throughout the day, at any time of the day in every country of the world.'

The second channel offers the adorations of Shiva, the reverberations of silence, Dr Feldman said. Rudra Abhishek [traditional Vedic performance to enliven silence] will be constantly going on around the world, around the day, with modern technology, to pay homage to that eternal reality of silence reverberating, which administers the infinite diversity of the universe with perfect order.

Dr Feldman said that for everyone's enjoyment, the news of rising invincibility around the world will be available on a third channel. It is the establishment of these Towers of Invincibility on the basis of Total Knowledge, the Veda, the Constitution of the Universe, that makes their goal a reality at the start. 'Invincible is total Natural Law,' said Dr Feldman, 'and, therefore, the establishment of four Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars [cities having the name of Guru Dev], each associated with one of the Jyotir Lingas [holy places] of India, is the blessing of Guru Dev for the world.

'The establishment of the relationship of these 48 Brahmananda Saraswati Nagars, each associated with four countries of the world, gives us the necessary relationship to ensure that invincibility is a reality of life for everyone. We were so happy when we heard of this news from Raja Harris [Kaplan], the illustrious Raja [Administrator] of India, when this news had been intimated to him by Maharishi as the gift of the land of the Veda for the world. Maharishi repeated today, Yatha Raja Tatha Praja ['As is the Raja, the ruler or administrator, so are the ruled'], reminding us that invincibility is the reflection of a reality that already exists in the silent administration of Raja Raam.'

Dr Feldman said that it is this lively silence, full with potential dynamism—completely self-contained, completely self-sufficient, completely full in itself—that is giving rise to invincibility of every nation today. Maharishi established his Spiritual Regeneration Movement 50 years ago and now that spiritual content of life has been found to be enlivened even on the surface of life. Every aspect of the life of the individual and society is blessed by this reality of life, which is at the core of all existence.

Structure and function of the Tower of Invincibility
Dr Feldman explained that every tower of invincibility has a 150 foot high tower with twelve floors, each one dedicated to one aspect of the functioning of Natural Law. Every floor and office in the Tower of Invincibility will offer invincibility to the nation. At the base of every tower the required number of Yogic Flyers for the nation will be flying morning and evening.

Exhibitions of Total Knowledge
In the twelve floors of the tower, the exhibitions of knowledge will represent that level of administration of Natural Law that is available in every field of human endeavour and human life. Dr Feldman then outlined these exhibitions:
Health: Prevention-oriented health care without harmful side-effects;
Education: Total Knowledge and enlightenment for everyone;
Agriculture: Healthy, organic food grown without poisonous chemicals.
Architecture: Fortune-creating homes and offices without the sick-building syndrome.
Administration: Administration on a par with the orderly administration of the universe: Natural Law administers the infinite diversity of the universe with perfect order. Our guiding light is the application of the scientific discovery of the Unified Field of Natural Law.
Trade and Commerce: Affluence to every nation, and eliminating imbalance in the family of nations;
Science and Technology: Mistake free [science and technology] for reliable achievements that put the ambitious aspirations of everyone and every nation on the royal road to success;
Law and Order: Mistake-free action in individual life in order to create an integrated, positive and invincible national consciousness, rendering the administration of society free from punishment.
Religion and Culture: Fulfilment to all religions by aligning individual life with the supreme value of evolution, the Light of Almighty God. Fundamentally, this requires the life of every nation to be in conformity with the traditional culture of the country, emerging from the unique geographical and astronomical conditions of each nation;
Politics and Economy: Fulfilment to politics and economy by finding a common basis to both. Politics that differentiates and economy that unifies: living unity in diversity, actualizing invincibility;
Defence: Actualizing invincibility in practical life on all levels of individual and national life;
Communication: Communication that highlights the steps of success and fulfilment in the life of the individual, structuring integration and invincibility in national consciousness and permanent peace in the family of nations, the supreme goal of all communication.

'These are the 12 avenues of life in every country that the Yogic Flyers at the base of every Tower of Invincibility in every country will be enlivening and providing . . . to the nation,' said Dr Feldman.
