Rising invincibility in China celebrated during Guru Purnima

Dr Steve Rubin, Raja (Administrator) of China, expressed his congratulations to Dr Xiu, Chief Minister of the Global Country of World Peace in China, and the 1.32 billion citizens of this most populous nation of the world, during the global celebrations of Guru Purnima in July 2007. Speaking from MERU Holland, Raja Rubin said that Dr Xiu 'has been working with great diligence and focus to establish invincibility for that great nation'.

When Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, heard the great proverb of Lao Tzu, 'a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step', he prepared a beautiful decree for Dr Xiu which mentioned that the wisdom of China is recorded in this ancient proverb, the literal translation of which is 'a journey of a thousand miles begins with silence beneath one's feet'.

Maharishi said, 'We are proud of this ancient wisdom of China which locates all success on the ground of silence—the foundation of Chinese culture and Chinese philosophy. Here we find the philosophy of our biggest nation of the world grounded in the Constitution of the Universe, which administers from unified silence the diversity of the ever-expanding universe. . . . This is the ancient wisdom on which our present programmes are based, and it is this fundamental cultural wisdom of China that underlies our aspiration to raise world consciousness to a high level of coherence and invincibility.'

Commenting on the appointment of Dr Xiu as Chief Minister of the Global Country of World Peace in China, Maharishi expressed confidence in his wisdom and foresight, which will 'materialize the ancient wisdom of China in our world of modern China'.

Raja Rubin observed that 'invincibility for China will be established on several levels: firstly, by creating schools which will provide the requisite number of Yogic Flyers; and secondly, by creating our own universities, for which we are seeking properly oriented, auspicious land, suitable for construction according to Maharishi Sthapatya Veda '.

Raja Rubin also mentioned that Dr Xiu has been indefatigable in his travels and activities, meeting with many officials, successful business people, and educators. Raja Rubin expressed his confidence that China will soon rise to enjoy invincibility in the family of nations.
