Dr Bevan Morris outlines Maharishi's plans for a perfect system of global administration through twelve Jyotirlingas of India

During global Guru Purnima celebrations in July, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, announced plans to bring invincibility for 192 nations through Vedic performances in 12 Jyotirlingas, the most sacred sites in India.

Addressing a worldwide conference from New York City on 2 August 2007, Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, commented that 'Maharishi has structured a beautiful and perfect system of global administration from 12 Jyotirlingas, the most sacred locations in India, where the field of infinite silence is most powerfully present. There, the Vedic Pandits will adore, enliven, and stimulate the field of infinite silence, to envelop the whole world.'

The 12 Jyotirlingas are:

Mahakala - in Ujjain
Nageshwar - in Dwarika
Somanath - in Somanath
Tryambakeshwar - in Nasik
Ghrishneshwar - in Aurangabad
Bhimashankar - in Poona
Rameshwar - in Rameshwaram
Mallikarjun - in Sri Sailam
Omkareshwar - in Khandwa
Vaidyanath - in Devagarh
Vishwanath - in Varanasi
Kedaranath - in Kedaranath

Dr Morris went on to explain how, according to Maharishi's plan, the 12 Jyotirlingas will each be related to four major cities of India, making 48 in total. In each of these 48 locations, great centres for Maharishi's programmes of Total Knowledge, perfect health, and invincibility will be established and will be called Brahmanand Saraswati Nagar, in honour of Maharishi's Master, Guru Dev*.

'These 48 centres in India will be related, in turn, to four countries each: so 12 Jyotirlingas related to 48 cities in India, 48 cities each related to four countries, covering 192 countries of the world. This will be the permanent system of administration that Maharishi is rejoicing in as the gift of the Guru Purnima day.'

'In addition, three great centres are being established: the first is at the centre—the Brahmasthan—of India, where a group of 16,000 Vedic Pandits will create global coherence and invincibility, thereby preventing negativity that might arise on any country on earth.

'The second will be exactly opposite in the world, in Kansas at the centre of America, where Maharishi Central University will have 40,000 students creating global coherence through collective practice of Yogic Flying.

'And thirdly, as just announced on Guru Purnima day, in Macedonia, Maharishi Central University will be established to create coherence for the whole of Europe.'

Dr Morris concluded that through this perfect, practical structure of administration, all 192 nations of the world will rise to invincibility, enjoying unrestricted progress and fulfilment, free from all problems and suffering.
