Israel progresses with plans, programmes to create invincibility

Dr Alex Kutai, National Leader of Israel for the Global Country of World Peace, reported progress on establishing a Tower of Invincibility, beginning Consciousness-Based Education in a school of 300, great interest in an upcoming tour of film-maker Dr David Lynch in October, a visit by Dr Ashley Deans a month thereafter, and enthusiastic media support, to structure invincibility for the nation.

Dr Kutai explained that the head of the local council in Metar, Mr Solomon Cohen, who with his Chief Engineer, Miss Rama, attended last month's Guru Purnima celebrations, warmly welcomed the Invincibility Tower and said he will give his support in acquiring land and beginning construction as soon as possible. In a later meeting, Mr Cohen suggested a presentation for the high school, resulting in plans for the teachers to learn Transcendental Meditation first. Then there will be an opportunity for 300 students to learn the practice in this coming October and November.

An interview with Dr David Lynch in a top newspaper created great interest at the Haifa International Film Festival, Dr Kutai continued. Now the film and television industries have joined hands to welcome him and cover his tour from 14-19 October that will include three public lectures on 'Creativity, Filmmaking, and Meditation'. Over 25,000 students have been invited from universities all over the country. Meetings are also scheduled with top government officials. 'This will be a good ''fertilizer'' for Dr Ashley Deans' visit one month later, beginning 20 November,' Dr Kutai commented. Dr Deans is Director of Maharishi School of the Age of Enlightenment, the award-winning Consciousness-Based school in Fairfield, Iowa, USA.

In a new daily national newspaper that offered a free page for information from non-profit institutions, local members of the Global Country of World Peace received a free full-page ad announcing Consciousness-Based Education. Parents' organizations, school principals, and educators responded; several presentations are now set with headmasters and other educators.

Dr Kutai reported that Israel's largest national newspaper has asked to do a two-page cover story about Dr Lynch's upcoming tour well before his October visit. He concluded, 'We are looking forward to soon having invincibility in Israel and the whole Middle East.'
