Offering Maharishi's programmes in Italy: Large assembly of Yogic Flyers

Dr Ubaldo Cortinovis, National Director of Invincible Italy for the Global Country of World Peace, reported that 80 practitioners of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying recently attended a weekend coherence-creating assembly held on the Adriatic Sea. Another assembly of 20 participants was held simultaneously in the south of the country.

Speaking on the Maharishi Global Family Chat, Dr Cortinovis said that during the assembly, nine Directors of the Global Country of World Peace in Italy met together to discuss plans for raising the nation to invincibility. They are very young, very efficient leaders, he said.

A highlight of the assembly was the visit of Raja Mariano Facipieri, Raja of Invincible Italy, who addressed the assembly on the Adriatic coast in person and connected via telephone with the other assembly. He answered questions and inspired the participants with a discussion of his personal experience with Maharishi's programmes and plans to offer these programmes throughout the nation.

The two main goals of every Raja are to offer enlightenment to the individual and create peace for the world—and to achieve these goals, Raja Mariano emphasized five main areas:

1) Enlightenment for the individual and invincibility for the nation through group practice of Transcendental Meditation and the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme including Yogic Flying;

2) Prevention of disease and creation of good health through the Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health;

3) Pure, nourishing food through Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture ;

4) Fortune-creating homes and offices through Maharishi Vedic Architecture;

5) Avert the danger that has not yet come, and increase positivity and success through Jyotish and Yagya.

Dr Cortinovis said that beginning at the end of November, Unified Field Conferences—Raja John Hagelin's 12-part videotaped lecture series—will also be offered throughout the nation.
