Global Mother Divine Organization established in five new countries

The Global Mother Divine Organization* was established in several new countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa on Akshaya Tritiya, the Day of Lasting Achievements in the Vedic Calendar.

On 28 April 2009, the following day, one of the Raj Rajeshwaris—Mothers of the World from the Sovereign Domain of Consciousness—reported that, on the auspicious Day of Lasting Achievements, the countries of Kazakhstan, Norway, Israel, Ghana, and Switzerland legally established their Global Mother Divine Organizations. These countries now join the 13 nations in which the Global Mother Divine Organization was established during the past year: Australia, Austria, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Holland, New Zealand, Russia, Slovakia, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, and the United States.

In Norway, the great event was announced by Raja Graham de Freitas, Raja of Invincible Norway for the Global Country of World Peace, and the newly appointed National Director of the Global Mother Divine Organization in Norway. In Israel, five ladies joined the new National Director to celebrate the establishment of the organization. In Ghana, first African country to establish the Global Mother Divine Organization, four ladies gathered to celebrate the event.

In Switzerland, there was a large inaugural ceremony in Seelisberg. The celebration was attended by ladies who practise the Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programmes, as well as Transcendental Meditation Teachers, from all parts of the country. Also attending were the 60 members of the Mother Divine Programme** already residing in Seelisberg. 'With traditional Swiss music, ceremonial waving of the national flag, and a grand banquet, it was a full day resounding with bliss,' said the Raj Rajeshwari.

'It is our joy to report on this auspicious day,' the Raj Rajeshwari said in closing. 'With all blessings of Maharishi, we go on to bring enlightenment to half the world's population, and to spread all of Maharishi's programmes through his gift of the Global Mother Divine Organization.'

* The Global Mother Divine Organization, established in December 2007, is the ladies' wing of the Global Country of World Peace.

** 'Mother Divine' refers to the nourishing, evolutionary power of Natural Law lively within all of creation and within the silent consciousness of everyone. The Mother Divine Programme, inaugurated in 1981, is an advanced programme to allow ladies the opportunity to deepen their experiences in the Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programmes and enliven 24-hour bliss in daily life; and to radiate a powerful global influence of harmony and bliss through large, permanent coherence-creating groups of Yogic Flyers, and through administering the activities of the Global Mother Divine Organization in 192 countries.
