Global Mother Divine Organization Full Moon celebration honours Maha Raj Rajeshwari

On 30 March 2010, during a special global Full Moon Celebration broadcast of the Global Mother Divine Organization,* Maha Raj Rajeshwari was beautifully honoured by leaders of the Global Country of World Peace.

In waves of celebration marked by the ringing of bells and blowing of conches, the programme featured great depth and fullness of appreciation for the nourishing leadership role of Maha Raj Rajeshwari, leader of the Global Mother Divine Organization, inaugurated in December 2007 as the ladies' wing of the Global Country of World Peace in 192 countries. Appreciation was expressed by many speakers, encompassing many years of the history of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's worldwide organizations

Among those addressing the celebration were Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace; Raj Rajeshwaris—Mothers of the World from the Sovereign Domain of Consciousness,* the Administrators of the Global Mother Divine Organization; Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace; as well as other leaders.

A great highlight of the celebration was the replay of excerpts from historic addresses by Maharishi through the years—including one in December 2007 honouring Maha Raj Rajeshwari as 'Mother of the World Movement' (the Global Country of World Peace, offering all of Maharishi's programmes around the world) and 'Mother of the World'. Introducing other excerpts, a leader of the Global Mother Divine Organization commented that in one address, Maharishi explained the universal role of Mother Divine* as the source of all creation, and in her nourishing role at the centre of the family. And in November 2007, Maharishi 'presented the perfect three-fold structure of administration, mirroring the three-in-one structure of creation and evolution. Maharishi's words ushered into the world a sublime tradition of leadership, to secure and preserve the tradition of Total Knowledge for the mothers of the world,' the Global Mother Divine Organization leader said.

Also played were video highlights of memorable celebrations from past years honouring Maha Raj Rajeshwari and her enlightened family, as well as her blessings to the world family during auspicious global celebrations in recent years; interspersed with comments by Raj Rajeshwaris and other leaders.

Towards the end of the Full Moon celebration, Dr Morris read a special tribute from Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, given earlier in March:
'The life of Maha Raj Rajeshwari was a life full of the highest and farthest-reaching ideals and achievements. Maha Raj Rajeshwari lived as a saint . . . . The supreme mother of the whole world, her love has been generously given to all her immediate family and her world family. She gave great joy to Maharishi and always uplifted and inspired everyone who met her or lived around her. Her blessings will continue to be appreciated and honoured for all time.'

'With this beautiful message,' Dr Morris said, 'every one of us is reverberating with deepest feelings of love for Maha Raj Rajeshwari's family, and also for all her extended family, the whole world Movement, whom she has blessed with the great support of Maharishi again and again and again, without end, through all of these years.'

Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam also addressed the Full Moon celebration: 'For Maha Raj Rajeshwari we offer all our devotion and honour and appreciation for all time, in great respect for what she has been and what she has done', and for the family with which she graced the whole world, he said.

Maharaja said that taking some time of silence (in the practice of Transcendental Meditation by the assembled leaders of the Global Country of World Peace) is the most appropriate way to honour Maha Raj Rajeshwari, 'in deep transcendence and meditation . . . . so in that feeling, in the absolute pure Being of our Self, the Transcendent, we honour Maha Raj Rajeshwari', Maharaja said, and Maharishi and the eternal Vedic Tradition of knowledge.
