The Master Builder system is now ready for use in two forms: one for buildings such as Maharishi Peace Palaces, Spas, and homes, and the other for Maharishi Towers of Invincibility. Both systems offer highly economical, highly insulating, long-lasting, strong, and beautiful concrete expressions of Total Knowledge.

Appearing on Maharishi Global Family Chat,* Dr Christian Schweizer, Deputy Minister of Architecture for the Global Country of World Peace, explained and showed examples of this perfected building system, developed for buildings designed and constructed according to Vastu principles of Vedic Architecture (Maharishi Sthapatya Veda).

For Maharishi Peace Palaces, Maharishi Spas, dormitories, and homes up to three storeys high, the wall panels are made of one material—a cement with marble mixed in for the outer surface, and a smooth finish of expanded clay balls on the inside. They have a very high insulation value, and the moulded decorations on the outer surface are cast as part of the panel without extra cost. In this way the panels are much less expensive than for buildings constructed with masonry (bricks and cement). However, at the same time, the Vedic ornaments—which enliven Natural Law and good fortune for the residents—are already included as part of the original casting, so that the building looks as if it is handmade with marble.

In Europe, the panels are made by companies in their factories and taken by truck to the building site. In the US, a less high-tech method has been developed by Marty Brodeur at Maharishi University of Management, Fairfield, Iowa. This method uses a common cement mixer and allows the wall panels to be produced on the building site, even in a simple tent.

For Maharishi Towers of Invincibility, a 'sandwich' wall with three layers has been developed: the outside includes the ornamentation cast into the concrete, the middle is an insulating layer, and the inner layer is smooth concrete. It will take three to four days to erect each floor, amounting to 48 days for the 12 storeys of the Tower. The stepped pyramid on top will be made in the same way.

Dr Schweitzer concluded by noting that a gold-tinted window has been intelligently designed for the Towers of Invincibility. This window will prevent heat loss during colder months, and also prevent heat from coming in on the building's south side during summer, while still letting light inside.

* Dr Schweizer's report was featured on the 27 April 2010 Maharishi Global Family Chat, broadcast daily via Internet webcast on the Maharishi Channel, Channel 3. Podcasts of the daily Global Family Chat (audio track) are also now available for automatic download, via an RSS feed.
