Transcendental Meditation Teachers: 'A source of enlightenment and invincibility for their whole nation'

Participants in the Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course now underway in MERU, Holland, come from Australia, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, India, Israel, Italy, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom—'a great international group,' said Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, speaking during the inaugural celebration for the course.

For many participants, becoming a Teacher of the technique is the fufilment of many years working for the Transcendental Meditation organization.

'Everyone in the group is both highly educated, and also in most cases has already been very dedicated, working on many international projects for the Global Country of World Peace, and also around Maharishi Mahesh Yogi for many years,' Dr Morris added.

'These individuals are already steeped in Maharishi's teachings,' and with this four and half months of Teacher Training, 'the already existing power of their highly developed consciousness and specific fields of knowledge, as well as the field of Total Knowledge, will be an enormous force in the world . . . . There is in this group already a vast experience and dedication that has manifested itself in beautiful achievements year after year.'

'It is a tremendous group,' Dr Morris concluded, '. . . who will be a source of enlightenment and invincibility for their whole nation.'

At the inauguration, all the course participants introduced themselves and made resolutions for the success of their course; the happiness and enlightenment of the many millions of people in their country; and the invincibility of their nation. The course leaders also gave congratulations and wishes for the success of the participants.
