Invincibility is rising in Dominica through such initiatives as offering Transcendental Meditation to prison inmates, a new committee for Consciousness-Based Education, World Peace Assemblies of Yogic Flyers, and increasing support for organic agriculture.

Many prominent citizens have come together to form a committee for stress-free schools, said Raja Lucien Mansour, Raja of Invincible Dominica for the Global Country of World Peace.*

They are offering educators and the general public knowledge about the benefits of 'Quiet Time' in schools.

More than 90 prison officials and inmates have learned the Transcendental Meditation Programme at a state prison, he continued. They have been practising the technique for several months and report that they feel less stressed, more focussed, and better able to handle negative situations.

Recently an official who has practised Transcendental Meditation himself since 1975, presented certificates to inmates attending group practice of Transcendental Meditation morning and evening. He congratulated them and encouraged them to continue their practice.

The official also said he would like to see the programme introduced in schools to improve academic performance and behaviour.

The award ceremony was featured in Dominica's major newspapers, Raja Lucien said.

Another official visited the Maharishi Invincibility Centres* and was so impressed that he published an article about the initiatives of the Global Country in Dominica for his bi-monthly magazine, Raja Lucien continued.

Dominica enjoyed increased coherence and harmony created by two World Peace Assemblies of Yogic Flyers and Residence Courses for Meditators, held in February and again in April. Nearly 50 participants joined each assembly, Raja Lucien said.

In conclusion, Raja Lucien highlighted the government's support for organic agriculture as a clear sign of rising invincibility in the nation.

* Raja Lucien Mansour's report was featured on the 28 July 2010 Maharishi Global Family Chat, broadcast daily via Internet webcast on the Maharishi Channel, Channel 3. Podcasts of the daily Global Family Chat (audio track) are also now available for automatic download, via an RSS feed.

**Maharishi Invincibility Centres in major cities around the world offer the knowledge and programmes of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, including the Transcendental Meditation Programme, to promote enlightenment for every individual and invincibility for every nation through development of full potential in every area of life.
